Hazelwood Holiday Home is a private self catering accommodation with an open plan living/kitchen area with double doors leading to an outdoor patio. There is high speed broadband and free off-street parking. The property shares a large garden and is adjacent to the property owners. We encourage our guests to have as much or as little interaction with the owners as what makes them comfortable.
Hazelwood Holiday Home is very cozy with a homely feel. It is loaded with interesting books and a guest book packed with local knowledge on bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Hazelwood Holiday Home is a great holiday base for couples or an individual. It is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi to Sligo town center. This space offers you a serene environment in which to relax on your travels. Hazelwood forest, situated on the shores of Lough Gill, which contains Yeat’s Lake Isle of Innishfree is a short five minute drive away.
For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and so we are happy to welcome dogs here. There is a €50 pet fee and all pets must be authorized at the time of booking. We kindly request that we are asked for pet approval in advance of making the reservation.

About us:
When we're not raising our young family, we love exploring the outdoors; the exhilaration of a new hike, the rush of a mountain bike trail or a marathon in a new country, we are always on the hunt for new outdoor activities. We feel very lucky that we live in Sligo as there is a never-ending array of activities on our doorstep.
We have a passion for hospitality and, using the knowledge we've gained as guests around the world and the experience we've had as hosts, we strive to create a 5 star experience for each and every one of our guests. We love this challenge and are in constant search of potential improvements that will make our guests' stay perfect.
We thoroughly enjoy interior design, and it is hugely important to us that our guests feel comfortable and ‘at home’. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail. Good hospitality excites us and drives us and we hope this is reflected in each of the homes that we host.
