You will love the charm of our amazing home called Union Place! Situated conveniently in town, this beautiful property is the ideal retreat after a day exploring the Wild Atlantic Way. Featuring spacious living and dining areas complete with a cozy fireplace and exposed stone walls, three bedrooms (one ensuite), and two full baths upstairs, all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay are provided. Conveniently located within walking distance of everything Sligo Town has to offer. Dating back to 1886, this building is a proud relic of the Victorian era, listed and protected for its historical significance. Constructed from limestone, its two-foot-thick walls stand as a testament to enduring craftsmanship across the ages. As noted by the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage, "This decorative house is part of a distinctive group which lend contrast, variety and appeal to the street. Original roof trims, windows, canopied entrance and details such as the sill guards and railings all contribute to the appeal.". WE say three inviting bedrooms, two baths, a welcoming fireplace, and window seats make this a perfect refuge to unwind after a day of touring the gorgeous local area. Enjoy our robust amenities including fresh kitchen supplies, bath essentials, all-in-one washer/dryer, supplies for the charcoal stove, baby gates, highchair, and travel cot.
